With the practice growing, Jason Leo joined the Firm as Principal in 2000 to work largely on audits of United States public companies. In April 2004, the Firm registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board of the United States ("PCAOB") and is now providing auditing services to a number of US listed companies, whose main businesses are based in the Far East, particularly Hong Kong and China.
The Firm is one of the longest serving members of Kreston International, a network of experienced, independent accounting and business advisory firms, each with its own established client base. The strong network of independent firms around the world, including the United States , Europe and China , adds a powerful extra dimension to the Firm's personal services by providing 24 hour global coverage and removing the need to negotiate cultural divides.
The Firm currently employs 30 staff in Hong Kong and to better serve its Chinese clients, has opened an office in Shanghai in 2004 employing three local experienced Chinese staff. The majority of our staff are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
